First Aid

Practical, hands-on first aid training designed to prepare your team to respond confidently to common workplace emergencies.

  • Recognizing and responding to severe allergic reactions
  • Caring for burns, sprains, and broken bones
  • Responding to heat- and cold-related emergencies
  • A Heartsaver First Aid completion card valid for two years

Is this the right course?

Understanding First Aid

Why it matters

Most workplace emergencies are not cardiac arrests. They are cuts, burns, sprains, and allergic reactions, and how a team responds in the first few minutes affects how serious they become. First Aid training gives your team a clear, practiced process for the emergencies they are statistically most likely to see.

What to expect

This is the AHA's Heartsaver First Aid course, taught hands-on at your location. Your team practices wound care, splinting, and recognizing emergencies like severe allergic reactions and heat exhaustion. It can be booked on its own or paired with CPR / AED or BLS Provider for broader coverage, and everyone who completes it receives a Heartsaver First Aid card valid for two years.
